Master your camera.

From complicated,

To simple.

Cameras are complicated. You bought one with hopes of taking photographs when you were travelling, to document your life, family, or the city that you're living in.

But you realised that this expensive camera was a lot harder to understand that you first thought.

That's why these classes are so good. They're so comprehensive they make doves cry.

You'll learn everything you need to take the photographs you've always wanted to take.

About the photographer.

I've been a photographer for almost a decade. I've primarily worked in fashion and editorial; photographic genres that integrate such an incredible and diverse range of techniques.

I've shot photographs all over the world for myself and for my clients.

I believe in using plain English to break photographic concepts into simpler terms that are  easy to understand and comprehend.

You'll walk away from a class with me understanding more than you thought you ever could in just mere hours.

Two classes.

I wanted to make choosing the appropriate class as simple as possible.

The first covers the essentials, teaching you how to use your camera technically, then how to use them to create the images that you bought your camera for.

The second adds a third hour to the class with a photowalk that will solidify everything you've just learned.

These classes are the best I've ever offered, and everybody should have the opportunity to learn.

Instalment plans are available.

The Essentials.

The Essentials is a sit down class in a place of your choosing.

In the first hour we'll cover:

- Shutter speed, aperture, ISO, white balance.

- How different lenses affect your camera and images.

- How your camera affects your lenses.

- Composition and lens compression.

And in the second hour we'll cover:

- How your favourite images are made.

- And how to achieve those images using everything you've just learned.

The Walk.

The Walk and adds a third hour to The Essentials.

In the third hour we'll go on a one hour long photo walk together.

We'll take all the information that you've just learned and apply it to real world scenarios.

If you initially book The Essentials and wish to add the photowalk after our session, I'm more than happy to accomodate.

Here's what a student of mine had to say about the class.

"Sam is extremely knowledgeable in photography and was such a massive help in showing me how to properly work my camera. He is very thorough, I didn't walk away feeling overwhelmed.

He answered all of my questions and gave me great advice that will help me with my specific photography needs."
